Join daily in class (on-line or in-person!) to enhance your challenge experience!
Every month, Suann will focus on a specific pose to increase mobility, strength and self-confidence. Three different types of classes are offered throughout the week. Participate live or on your own time. Each pose will provide mental, physical and spiritual balance throughout the course of the month.
