Vinyasa, also called "flow" because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. It's a broad classification that encompasses many different types of yoga, including Ashtanga and power yoga.

Yoga with Su is for all levels of yoga experience and incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures).
Classes are featured both in-person and virtually.
Chair Yoga on Thursdays at 2pm

Breathing Class on Thursdays at 3:15pm
Learn the art of Prāṇāyāma.
The practice of breath control in yoga enhances the ability to quickly increase our energy, release stress, improve our mental clarity. In modern yoga as exercise, it consists of synchronising the breath with movements between asanas, but is also a distinct breathing exercise on its own.

FeetUp Yoga on Saturdays at 11:30am
FeetUp® Trainer and other inversion benches are utilized as a prop for this yoga flow and inversion class. The inversion tables are designed as a "one-stop-prop" for easy inversions without pressure on neck and spine. Designed for beginners and advanced yogis.
